Emir of Kabin Argungu Honors NAHCON Chairman with Traditional Title of Kuliyan Kabin Argungu

In a gesture of deep respect and recognition, the Emir of Kabin Argungu, in Kebbi State, Alh. Sama’ila Muhammadu Mera, CON, has conferred a traditional title on Prof. Abdullahi Saleh Usman, the Chairman and CEO of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), with the prestigious title of Kuliyan Kabin Argungu on December 19, 2024.

The honor, which reflects Prof. Usman’s outstanding contributions to Hajj administration and his positive impact on Nigerian Muslims, was presented by the Emir of Kabin Argungu in acknowledgment of his leadership and dedication to improving the Hajj experience for Nigerians.
