Kano: Ministry of Justice Hosts In-House Workshop on Criminal Prosecution under ACJL 2019

Kano State Ministry of Justice has organised an In-House Workshop for State Counsels focused on Criminal Prosecution under the Administration of Criminal Justice Law (ACJL 2019).

Kano State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice Barrister Haruna Isa Dederi said the workshop, tailored for Law Officers, aimed to enhance their expertise in navigating the intricacies of criminal prosecution within the framework of the ACJL 2019.

Haruna Isa Dederi represented by the Solicitor General and Permanent Secretary of the ministry Mustapha Nuraddeen Muhammad also said the workshop, held on Thursday at the ministry’s conference hall, brought together a diverse group of legal professionals, fostering an environment for collaborative learning and exchange of insights.
