A statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor, Ibrahim Garba Shuaibu, said the visit came in the wake of the recent loss of Emir Bamali’s younger brother, the late Alhaji Mansur Nuhu Bamali.
During the visit, Gwarzo praised the late Alhaji Mansur for his humility, kindness, and simplicity, despite his distinguished royal lineage and extensive educational background.
In response, Emir Ahmad Nuhu Bamali expressed his gratitude for the condolences and reflected on his late brother’s life.

The Emir reflected on his late brother’s life, emphasizing that even though he passed away at the age of 52, his lifetime achievements were equivalent to that of someone who had lived a 100 years.
“Indeed, every soul shall taste death. Late Mansur lived an exemplary life worth emulating, and we pray for his final resting place to be the highest peak of Al-Jannah,” the Emir prayed.
Mansur passed away in October while in transit to Morocco, during a layover at a private hospital in Lagos.
Before his death, he served as Nigeria’s Ambassador to Morocco and held the distinguished title of Magajin Garin Zazzau.
