The first entirely 3D-printed residential neighborhood has been completed in a suburb of Austin, Texas. The development includes 50 single-family homes, each printed in under 48 hours at roughly half the cost of traditional construction. Residents have already begun moving in, and developers plan to replicate the model in other housing-shortage areas across the country.
