China has unveiled the worlds largest floating photovoltaic installation, covering a massive reservoir in the eastern province. The solar farm generates enough electricity to power 200,000 homes and simultaneously reduces water evaporation from the reservoir. Officials say the project demonstrates a scalable model for dual-use water and energy infrastructure.
