The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) has engaged the banking sector in a dialogue aimed at ensuring a fairer financial landscape and safeguarding consumer rights across all sectors.
In a statement issued on Sunday in Abuja, the Commission revealed that it held a Roundtable Compliance Engagement with the banking sector on Saturday in Lagos as part of its sector-specific initiatives.
The engagement focused on key areas such as empowering stakeholders with compliance knowledge, promoting self-regulation, and addressing sector-specific challenges to enhance consumer protection.
