Bichi Emirate Turbans CSADI’s Chairperson as ‘Mother of Orphans’

The Village Head of Ruwan-tsa of Dambatta district area of Bichi Emirate council in Kano state has turbaned the chairperson of Community Support and Development Initiatives (CSADI) Hajiya Zainab Ahmad Suleiman MFR, JP, as the princess, mother and shield of Orphans of Ruwan-tsa and it’s environs.

Abbas Magaji Ruwan-tsa, the village head of Ruwan-tsa in Dambatta local government area, said Hajiya Zainab Suleiman who is for over three decades best known as “Uwar Marayu” has been supporting the people of the area in one way or the other with her non-profit and non-governmental organization, the situation which prompted him to take the decision.

According to him, supporting less privilege was part of their daily routines, adding that “they support people who alleviate their suffering, train our subjects, who ever promotes our cultural background, who ever promotes Islam, Bichi emirate will work with him to achieve the set objectives.”

“From January 2015 to this year (2023). We work together under her leadership as chairperson of CSADI. She is a mother, mentor, leader and our hope. She always supports less privilege in society. Whoever is Orphan and comes in her way, he or she in one way or the other will benefits her generous support” said Abbas Magaji.

The village head then commended ‘Sarkin Ban Bichi’, the district head of Dambatta Alhaji Isyaku Wada Waziri who works closely to ensure that I take the throne, adding that they will continue to follow the exemplary leadership of the Emir of Bichi Alhaji Nasiru Ado Bayero who always looks down to support the needy and ensure the security of lives and properties of his people irrespective of the ethnicity, background or religious different.

In her remaks, CSADI’s Zainab Ahmad Suleiman expressed her appreciation to Allah (S.W.A) for giving her time to witness the occasion and prayed to the Emir of Bichi, the district head of Dambatta, Abbas Magaji Ruwan-tsa to finding her for the throne.

Mrs Suleiman assured her commitment to selfless service to humanity, adding that CSADI and its staff will continue to support the people of Ruwan-tsa, Dambatta, Bichi emirate council and by extension the good people of Kano state.

“I was born and brought up by the royal family, so turbaning me as the Mother of Orphans is an additional title added to my name and I assure you that I will continue to serve people” Zainab Suleiman said.
