170 Senior Officers to Attend Nigeria Police Leadership Conference in Ogun State

The Nigeria Police Force (NPF), in its commitment to enhancing leadership capacity and professional development, is set to host the 5th Annual Conference and Retreat for Senior Police Officers. Themed “Improving Nigeria’s Internal Security and Economic Prosperity Through Inclusive Policing,” the event will take place from February 24 to 27, 2025, in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Over 170 senior police officers are expected to participate in the retreat, which will feature workshops, strategic discussions, and team-building exercises aimed at strengthening the operational efficiency of the Force. The event will serve as a platform for sharing best practices and formulating strategies to enhance security across the country.

The conference will be attended by top dignitaries, including President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, who will serve as the Special Guest of Honour. Other expected attendees include state governors, National Assembly members, ministers, service chiefs, top government officials, industry leaders, and key stakeholders, underscoring the event’s national significance.

The Nigeria Police Force reaffirms its commitment to fostering a safer and more secure nation through continuous professional development and strategic leadership.
