An early morning fire outbreak has destroyed part of the Katsina Government House.
Credible sources said no lives were lost in the inferno.
The fire, which destroyed the governor’s chamber, is also said to have affected parts of the governor’s office.
A source at the Government House stated that the cause of the fire has not yet been disclosed.
Governor Dikko Umar Radda was not in town at the time of the incident as he was attending an official function in Funtua local government.
