Umar Idris Shuaibu – Kano
The new Comptroller Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) IM Abubakar, assumed duty on the 15th of May, 2024 in Kano.
Abubakar took over from Comptroller AD Bagari, who was deployed to Command and Staff College Sokoto.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Command Public Relations Officer DSI Nura Musa Ya’u, obtained by Good Evening Nigeria.

The statement added that the news Comptroller IM Abubakar briefed the Officers of the Command and charged them to rededicate themselves to their duties.
The statement further hinted that, before his present deployment, IM Abubakar was the Comptroller in charge of the Discipline and Award Section at the Service Headquarters Abuja.
