In a move that follows a previous price adjustment just five months ago, Multichoice has announced a forthcoming increase in subscription fees for its DStv and GOtv packages. The adjustment, set to take effect on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, was attributed to rising operational expenses by the company.

Titled ‘Price Adjustment on DStv and GOtv Packages,’ the statement reassured customers of Multichoice’s commitment to delivering high-quality entertainment and service. The company reiterated its dedication to providing the best viewing experience despite the impending changes.

The new prices for DStv packages are as follows:

– Premium: N37,000

– Compact Plus: N25,000

– Compact: N15,700

– Confam: N9,300

– Yanga: N5,100

– Padi: N3,600

– HDPVR Access Service: N5,000

– Access Fees: N5,000

– XtraView: N5,000

For GOtv packages, the new prices are:

– Supa: N9,600

– Max: N7,200
