The Rector, Kano State Polytechnic, Dr. Abubakar Umar Farouk, FCA has commended the commitments of the member representing Wudil/Garko Federal Constituency, Abdulhakeem Kamilu Ado for the swift action he takes towards uplifting the life standard of his people.

The Rector made the commendation when he received the Hon. Member who revisited his office for the second time on his plan to sponsor one hundred students from his constituency to further their education at Kano State Polytechnic.

The Rector further stressed the need for Political leaders to imitate the gesture shown by Abdulhakeem Jamilu Ado stating that such corresponds with the ideology of Jagoran Kwankwasiyya, Dr. Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso which encourages sponsoring youths to further their education so as to be useful members of society as well as promote self-reliance.
