The newly sworn-in leadership of Kano Science Schools Old Students Association (KASSOSA), has yesterday, the 21st January 2024 convened its inaugural meeting.
The President of the association, Alh. Balarabe Nuhu Jalla, in his opening remarks, tasked all members of the exco to conflate with each other in moving the association forward.
He added that he won’t leave no stone unturned in giving his input toward shaping things for the better.
He opined that all officers should work assiduously and following international best practices to do what is necessary in discharging their statutory duties.

During the meeting, the office of public relations was hugely tasked to meet up to their responsibilities as it’s the nugget for communications and linkages with public forums and other relevant organizations.
Regarding strengthening brotherhood and cohesiveness among members of the association, it is unanimously agreed that the social media platforms of KASSOSA, especially WhatsApp, are going to be ardently checkmated and reviewed for effective passage of information in a hitch-free mood.
In the same vein, the exco were busy preparing blueprints of all offices that would contain a detailed work plan for the tenure, the submission of which is to be effective before or on the first exco meeting of the 12th executive for deliberations and possible concurrence.

The meeting was adjourned for next week on Sunday where other burning issues would be discussed.
