President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday provoked another political interest in Rivers State politic as he sworn in Ambassador Desmond Akawor as Commissioner of the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC).
The new RMAFC commissioner is the current Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Rivers State.
The brief swearing-in ceremony was held minutes before the commencement of the first Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting in the year, in the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
