Bandits have demanded payment of N60m as ransom to release the seven family members abducted on Bwari Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
It was gathered that the family of seven were abducted in the early hours of Wednesday when the bandits invaded Zuma 1 in the Bwari central ward of the council.

Speaking to an Online Newspaper SOLACEBASE yesternight, a relation of the abducted family of seven who wants to remain anonymous for security reasons, said the father of the children has been released by the bandits and asked to go source for N60m to secure the release of his family members.
‘’The bandits warned him not to involve the security agents, hence since he was released he has been struggling to raise the money to secure the release of his family member,’’ the source said.
It was gathered that in recent days, bandits had been invading villages under the Bwari Area Council, abducting and killing residents.
