Haj. Zulaihat Abdullahi Matazu (Mrs. Dikko Radda), was born in Malali Low Coast, Kaduna State to the family of Late Alhaji Abdullahi Dan-Bala Matazu (Matawallen Matazu), and attended Nurudden Islamic School, Malali Kaduna 1994, and Government Girls’ Secondary School Kabomo, Bakori, 2001 for her secondary school education.
Then Zulaihat Dikko Radda moved to the famous Aminu Kano College of Islamic and Legal Studies, where she studied Diploma in Law. She also had an Advanced Diploma in English/education from the same institution in 2007.
She later moved to Bayero University, Kano, where she earned an Advanced Diploma in Public Administration in 2010 and later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in the same university in 2014.

Zulaihat holds a Master’s degree in public administration (University of Abuja), where she graduated in 2017.
As everybody knows, Mrs. Radda is a success story because she touches so many other lives positively. Like the goldfish that has no hiding places, Zulaihat Dikko Radda has been identified and recognized as GARKUWAR MARAYU. This is a result of empowering youth and orphans across the 34 Local Governments of the state in skills acquisition among others.
She has molded herself into a passionate believer in the organic links between generations through her legacy of benefiting those in need, it is not an exaggeration to say that orphan sees her as a mentor and guarding due to the quality she exhibited even before stepping into politics.
She has grown to become a leader with an extensive educational career, one can simply say that she deserves the seat of First Lady to the Executive Governor of Katsina state, this is because of the track record of her educational background, developing humanity, sacrifice, and dedication in general.
