Muhsin Abu Sina was reportedly an expert in the development of rockets for the extremist group.
In spite the aerial bombardment of Gaza and Israel’s ground offensive, which followed Hamas’ massacre of 1,400 mainly civilians in Israel on Oct. 7, Palestinian militants have continued to fire rockets at Israel.
