Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has addressed questions regarding a name change during his West African Examination Council (WAEC) registration, stating that he initially used the name Sadiq Abubakar but subsequently changed it to Atiku Abubakar.
The clarification comes in response to inquiries raised by members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) concerning the name change, as Atiku pursues a case of certificate forgery against President Bola Tinubu.
Director of Strategic Communications of the Atiku Abubakar presidential campaign, Dele Momodu, disclosed this on his X handle @DeleMomodu on Tuesday on behalf of the party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 election.
