The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has nullified the election of Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State, officially declaring David Ombugadu of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) as the rightful governor of the state.
The Chairman of the tribunal, Justice Ezekiel Ajayi, delivering the judgement virtually, declared Emmanuel Ombugadu of the PDP as the lawfully elected governor of Nasarawa State.
