Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has provided words of encouragement to his appointees, urging them to exhibit leadership qualities and navigate through the challenges they face following the recent verdict of the Kano State Election Petition Tribunal.
This appeal came during a meeting with his appointees shortly after the tribunal nullified his victory as the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) candidate in the March 18 governorship election.
The tribunal, in its decision, declared Nasiru Yusuf-Gawuna of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the rightful winner.
Governor Yusuf, in response to the tribunal’s verdict, advised his appointees to place their trust in Allah and emphasized that the government had the opportunity to appeal the judgment.
