Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has called on support groups aligned with the party to remain active and engaged throughout the year, extending their involvement beyond the election period.
Ganduje delivered this message during a meeting with the leadership of Amalgamated APC Support Groups, headed by Dr. Maryam Yunusa Danjaki.
The courtesy visit took place at the APC National Headquarters in Abuja.
He stressed that the scope of political party activities should extend beyond primaries and general elections, urging the support groups to maintain their commitment and involvement throughout the year.
Ganduje revealed that plans are in motion to involve the support groups in various post-election initiatives.

He said the initiatives will include workshops, outdoor activities, and other engagements aimed at enabling the groups to actively participate in the party’s programs and government activities. This approach reflects the APC’s status as the ruling party in Nigeria.
