The inauguration of the 45 ministers appointed by President Bola Tinubu will hold on Monday, August 20, according to a statement released by the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF).
The ministers have been allocated their respective portfolios as of yesterday.
According to the Director of Information in the OSGF, Willie Bassey, the inauguration is scheduled for 10am at the State House Conference Centre, Aso Rock Villa, Abuja.
In the statement signed by Willie Bassey on behalf of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator George Akume, it was specified that the ministers have been instructed to attend the inauguration ceremony with two guests each.
The statement further explained, “Honourable ministers to be sworn-in are expected to come with two guests each. All Honourable Ministers and invited guests are to be seated by 9am.”
