The Presidential Election Petition Court has reserved judgement in the petition brought forth by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, challenging the election victory of President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) held on February 25.
The five-man panel, presided over by Justice Haruna Tsammani, concluded the hearing and reserved the judgement for a later date, to be communicated to all parties involved.

In the specific case of Atiku Abubakar’s petition against Tinubu, it means that the court has finished hearing both sides of the argument and will now take additional time to analyze the evidence and legal submissions before issuing a final decision.
