A Kaduna Chief Magistrates’ Court, on Thursday, ordered that, Mubarak Shuaibu, aged 26, should receive 10 strokes of the cane for stealing eight aluminium windows. The Kano State Government has constituted a six-member committee to verify teachers that participated in the Teacher Upgraded Programme (TUP).
