The Adamawa State Primary Healthcare Development Agency says it is targeting 388,180 girls aged nine to 14 years for vaccination against the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) to prevent them from cervical cancer. The Niger government says it has earmarked N20 billion in its 2024 budget for the take-off of the state university of education.
