The Adamawa/ Taraba Command of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) seized raw donkey skin, petrol and other smuggled goods worth N19.4 million in August. The Comptroller in-charge of the command, Alhaji Salisu Kazaure, announced this while addressing newsmen in Yola on Thursday. He said that the siezed items included 200 pieces of raw donkey skin and vehicle used in conveying the smuggled commodity, as well as 127 bags of 50kg foreign rice.
