Confusion over the death toll following massive flooding in eastern Libya continued on Sunday after a UN body said it has risen to about 11,300, while other officials disputed the figure and put it much lower. The Chairman of BUA Group, Abdul-Samad Rabiu, has revealed the company’s intentions to lower the price of cement in Nigeria.
