Bandits in Kaduna State have killed a villager, who had volunteered to deliver a ransom in Kidandan village in the Giwa Local Government Area of the state. The victim, identified as Abdullahi Haruna, was a member of the First Aid of Fitiyanul Islam, according to Daily Trust. He was said to step forward to deliver the ransom in exchange for the release of a fellow villager who was held by the bandits.
