Aviation workers under the umbrella of the National Union of Air Transport Employees (NUATE) has suspended its plans to embark on strike by August 16. Mr Ocheme Oba, General Secretary, NUATE, confirmed the development in a statement issued on Wednesday in Lagos. The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency(NDLEA) FCT Command said it intercepted about 3,091.032 Kilograms of suspected illicit drugs with monetary value of over N56.9 million between January till date. Mr Kabir Tsakuwa, FCT Commandant of the agency disclosed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Wednesday in Abuja.
