Enrolments into the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC)’s National Database for the National Identity Number (NIN) have reached over 101.64 million, according to NIMC figures released yesterday. Among the top states for NIN enrolment, Lagos takes the lead with over 11.07 million enrolments, closely followed by Kano with 9.01 million. The National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) revealed that Nigeria has experienced 83 deaths and 836 confirmed cases of diphtheria since the beginning of this year.
