The Minister of Works, David Umahi, has said all contractors handling road construction projects for the federal government must henceforth sign indemnity agreements spanning 30 years for road contracts. The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) said it would continue to advocate inclusion of retirees, both in the private and public sectors, in the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS).
