KNSG Drags Ganduje, his wife, Hafsat others to Court over bribery allegation, misappropriation of funds

Kano State Government has dragged former governor Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, his wife, Hafsat Umar, Umar Abdullahi Umar and five others to court on eight count charges relating to bribery allegations, misappropriation and diversion of funds among others running into billions of Naira.

This was contained in a charged sheet dated 3rd April, 2024 with a 15 prosecution witnesses list attached.

reports that other respondents in the suit are Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, Hafsat Umar, Abubakar Bawuro, Umar Abdullahi Umar, Jibrilla Muhammad, Lamash Properties Ltd,  Safari Textiles Ltd and Lesage General Enterprises.
