Breaking:  Court Orders Kano Medicine Dealer to Vacate Sabon Gari, Relocate to Coordinated Wholesale Centre

Federal High court sitting in Kano has ordered the Patent medicine dealers to vacate the popular Sabon Gari open market with immediate effect.

Besides, the court also ordered the relocate their pharmaceutical business to the Coordinated Wholesale Centre, a designated hub at Dangoro village along Zaria Road.

Justice Simon Amobeda in a judgment on Friday dismissed the fundamental right suit filed by the patent medicine association against the Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria, and six others for lacking merit.
