The Coalition of APC Kano Youth Movement has unveiled its new leadership and rolled out an empowerment program for its members across the 44 local government areas of Kano State.
This initiative is a crucial step toward enhancing youth involvement in the state’s political activities and bolstering the party’s strength in Kano.
A total of 25 state members, 45 zonal members, 220 local government members, 102 directorate members, and 10 advisory members benefited from the program, which is designed to empower youth at various levels within the party structure.
In his address, Hon. Adamu Mukhtar Unguwar Gini, Chairman of the Coalition of APC Youth Movement, emphasized the need to support their members during this period of economic hardship, especially with APC being the opposition party in Kano State.
He reiterated that the coalition would continue to involve youth in all activities to ensure the party remains strong leading up to the 2027 elections.
The APC National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, represented by his Chief of Staff, Malam Muhammad Garba, praised the efforts of the youth for organizing the event.
He assured them that the party would continue to support them in various ways to strengthen their political engagement.
Several beneficiaries expressed their gratitude for the support, highlighting their happiness and readiness for future political involvement.
This program underscores the APC’s dedication to youth development and inclusivity in governance, values that have been continuously championed by the party’s leadership.
The inauguration of the new leadership structure also marks the formal establishment of the Coalition of APC Youth Movement’s presence in Kano, positioning the youth as a significant force in shaping the party’s future in the state.
