The Plateau State House of Assembly witnessed a significant shake-up as the Speaker, Hon Moses Thomas Sule, and the Deputy Speaker, Hon Gwottaon Fom, both tendered their resignations.
Following these resignations, the Assembly has elected new leaders to fill these key positions.
Gabriel Dawang, the representative for Pankshin North, emerged as the new Speaker, succeeding Hon Moses Thomas Sule.

Meanwhile, Hon Timothy Dantong, representing Riyom constituency, assumed the role of the Deputy Speaker.
