The APC X (Twitter) Eagle Forum, under the leadership of Hon. Ahmad Gogel and with the approval of its Advisory Committee, has announced the suspension of all forum activities due to concerns over unfair treatment within the Kano chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
In a statement signed by the forum’s Secretary General, Muhammad Ibrahim Tudunwada, and sent to ‘Good Evening Nigeria’, the group cited the persistent disregard for their requests for dialogue with party chieftains and stakeholders, as well as the continued marginalization of the X (Twitter) platform in key party matters.
The suspension includes all forms of engagement, such as postings, re-postings, comments, and quotations that directly or indirectly promote, support, or enhance the party. Additionally, the forum will refrain from countering opposition posts that could diminish or weaken the state’s ruling party.

The forum outlined its grievances, including a lack of inclusion in party task assignments, exclusion from party events and decision-making processes, limited involvement in general party activities and engagements, and the unequal distribution of party benefits, appointments, and dividends, among others.
Describing the situation as disheartening, the forum expressed disappointment over the lack of inclusivity despite its unwavering commitment to the party’s vision. It called on the APC leadership to urgently address these concerns and implement corrective measures to ensure fairness and equal recognition.
Until such steps are taken, all activities of the APC X Eagle Forum will remain suspended.
