Kano State Government has ordered a staff audit for employees working under the Kano State Water Board.
The Kano State’s Commissioner for Water Resources, Alhaji Umar Haruna Doguwa, gave the directive in order to create a conducive work atmosphere and effective working environment, ultimately leading to improved service delivery.
According to the Commissioner, the staff audit will help streamline operations and ensure that the Water Board is functioning efficiently.

The audit will also identify areas for improvement, enabling the Board to better serve the people of Kano State.
The Commissioner urged affected staff members to cooperate fully during the auditing exercise, emphasizing the importance of their support in achieving the desired outcomes.
This was conveyed in a statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of the Ministry, Rukayya Uba Sulaiman.
