Why I distributed JAMB forms to students, education sponsorship – KASSOSA President

The President of Kano Science Schools Old Students Association (KASSOSA), Malam Balarabe Nuhu Jalla, has said the need for more Medical Doctors, Engineers, financial experts, and other professionals from Kano has influenced his decision to distribute JAMB forms to indigent students from Science Colleges.

Good Evening Nigeria‘ reports that the Balarabe Nuhu Jalla distributed the forms free to female students who lost their parents, to help achieve their dreams.

The beneficiaries Hauwa’u Kabir Hashim from Girls Science and Technical College Ja’oi, and Maryam Bishirati Hussain of Girls Science and Technical College Kano promised to build on what is invested in them.

Addressing the beneficiaries on behalf of the President of the association, the Public Relations Officer Abba Tukur Ibrahim said education is the best legacy a society could bequeath her youths for prosperity, saying that the initiative was to grow more skilled and knowledgeable youths that would add value to societal development.

Abba, who acknowledged the shortage of manpower in the health sector due to the growing Kano population, said that he is certain that KASSOSA and Kano state, in general, would be proud of the students shortly considering their track records academically.

He then assured students from the Science Colleges endless support from KASSOSA, during their studies and even after they graduated.
