Kano State High Court, under the jurisdiction of Justice Ibrahim Karaye, has handed down a three-year prison sentence to Benjamin Udeagwu and Benjamin Olamide on charges related to internet fraud.

The suspects were arraigned by the Kano Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on charges bordering around.

They both pleaded guilty.

The court’s decision was announced via an official statement released on Wednesday through the EFCC’s social media handle.
