Superstar singer Davido has responded to a string of debt allegations, making it clear that he won’t entertain pleas for leniency when he takes action.
Davido has found himself in the midst of a wave of debt accusations on social media, with various individuals coming forward to claim he owes them money.
GOOD EVENING NIGERIA recently reported that singer Dammy Krane called out Davido to pay the money he owes him from the song he wrote.
He tweeted, “I know it is hard for Rich people to pay debts but @davido if not for my sake Blooda, Pay me my money at least because of my daughter’s sake ( your niece if at all) school fees no easy for Naija now o, na everybody de try secure their future. Na money we want no be wahala o.” (sic)

While Dammy Krane did not state amont Davido owed him, businessman Abu Salami also called out the artist for a purported debt of N218 million.
Self-proclaimed relationship expert Blessing CEO also took to her Instagram page to accuse Davido of owing Lagos celebrity auto dealer IVD N4.5 million for a car purchased for his aide, Israel DMW.
Singer Samklef added to the accusations, claiming that Davido has yet to pay a University of Lagos (UNILAG) student named Mastermind the N1 million allegedly owed since 2020.
In response to these mounting allegations, Davido posted on his official account, stating, “Make nobody beg me.”
The singer also hinted in another post that those who were criticizing him were merely seeking attention, saying, “You want to be famous, right?”
