Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) has appointed Ibrahim Abubakar Muazzam Pulloh as director Awareness, Culture and Entertainment following his dedication on promoting peace and preserving Fulufulde culture across the country through music and entertainment.
The appointment was given to him by the national president of the association, Baba Othman Ngelzarma at his office in Abuja, recently.
During the appointment, the president, Alhaji Baba Othman expressed his happiness for the role he (Abubakar Mu’azzam) has been playing in promoting peace as well as reserving Fulfude culture not only in Nigeria, Africa but world at large.
“This is a right time to appreciate you (Pullo) for the role you are playing on promoting peace among various people (Fulani) across the country and world at large.
“As a youth, we hope you will continue dedicating yourself on seeing that our people (Fulani), everywhere in the world, shun from all activities that may tarnish their personalities by embracing peace, stability as well as maintaining culture wherever in the world.
“Fulani are known for peace, respect, dedication and self reliant not only in our country, Nigeria, but everywhere in the world,” he suggested.
Abubakar Mu’azzam Pullo is one of the popular Fulfude musicians in Kano, Gombe and other party of the country who sings in his native tongue (Fulfulde).
Besides his music intellectualism, Pullo worked in various media in Kano as journalist, presented Fulfulde program at Zamani Television, Kano, makes jingles and also served as reporter, Kano State Government House, during the previous administration.
