The Former Kano State Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning, during the administration of Governor Umar Ganduje, Barrister Zubaida Damakka Abubakar has passed away.
A family confirmed the story of her demise to Good Evening Nigeria online Platform.
Before her death, Barrister Zubaida once served as the Kano state Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development as Commissioner between 2015 and 2016.
Later in 2016, she was appointed as State Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning by Governor Ganduje, an office she headed until 2017.
Barrister Zubaida was a Lawyer and Executive Director Strategic Partnership L & Z Integrated Farms Nig Ltd.
